Staff here seem to be providing very unprofessional services and put a bad name to Umass hospital also manager has zero level of understanding what his job is and should be fired! Staff do not provide even ok customer services department ran unprofessional and information is given at a very minimal disclosure. Also the doc I had talked to me as if he was higher then me on some level Absolutely NOT They are there for the public not the other way aroud. My experiences here have been all positive. My visits were scheduled quickly, on time and I was diagnosed and underwent further tests as quickly as possible. Staff and my specialist were great.

i have seen two drs here who were both incredibly abrupt and rude. neither would not do surgery on me untnil i lost weight. also the manager who came to talk to me was also extremely rude and uorofessional. do not go here

I go to the urologist clinic located at the same address, (couldn't find it in google) i been gong since October and my first visit all they did was a bladder scae and the doctor talk about 5 mins! and prescribe medication and second appointment was okay they switch me to see an np instead and on this day still having symptoms. all they basic doing is giving me more medication that has the oppsite effect on me. Now all of this time wasted now they want to do an cystoscopy! and i was there the other day waited to see the doct... read more
