I’m currently in labor and extremely disappointed with the condition of the triage room I was placed in. The room was visibly dirty when I arrived—there were stains on the floors, walls, and baseboards that looked like they had been there for a long time. There were even marks on the wall that looked like bodily residue, which is completely unacceptable in a hospital environment. The absolute worst experience of my life! I would not recommend the Belmont and ob office behind to my worst enemy. They repeatedly violated my privacy/ hipaa. During epidural, baby’s heart rate disappeared and my blood pressure dropped due to equipment error, followed by continued machine malfunction that almost resulted in serious injury and did result in an extremely painful experience. Consistently a terrible experience. Transferred into the practice at 32 weeks--this was my 5th pregnancy so I had an idea what to expect and what standard care looks like. Getting appointments at this practice was a nightmare because they have WAY too many patients and not enough doctors. I was consistently told there was nothing on the schedule and they would call me--or I could see an NP. I preferred to meet with doctors and not NPs past 36 weeks and I had to fight for every appointment. There was also very poor communicat... read more
