If I could give zero stars, I would. This "doctor" is very condescending toward patients and their advocates...does not seem remotely interested in what they have to tell him about their conditions. He seems to want to get you in and out as quickly as possible while doing the least amount of work. Stay away.
Just had my first meeting with Dr Mazin. He was quite professional yet warm and friendly. Had my first ever shot that was so easy despite my fear. We are so fortunate to have him and the UMASS spine center available to meet our needs.
I met with Dr. Mazin in August of '23. He was in and out of the office in minutes, which was fine. I do not require a lot of hand holding. We set an appointment for anesthesia shots in my spine to ID the correct spot to later burn the nerves. Again an in and out procedure. I spoke with him personally, as well as his office, explaining that I was in the middle of negotiations with my employment and fearful of losing insurance so I wanted everything to be planned in advance with no slow downs.
