Scheduler/Administrative: I have been a patient of Dr Mazin's for close to a decade. I have zero issues with Dr Mazin but scheduling an appointment has become a crap show, another story all together. I have been calling and leaving my number daily for the last week expecting a return call that has never come. I've spoken with my pcp office at Reliant but they have also struck out. The worst. Was yelled at for asking a question after injection. Should have known that when his staff would not booked an appointment for me in the beginning. Wait months for an appointment to setup injection. I was told the person got fired. Then after an injection, and getting yelled at, was supposed to have an ablation but they never followed up and could never contact the office. Just go out of business already. My dr said he will never recommend him to another person and never let a dr talk to you in this manner.
Have seen him several times for back nerve pain He has no personality and his answers can be rude and can make me feel stupid But he has performed 3 or 4 injections One time after a bit of time my pain was just about gone but did come back I am back again and had another injection Frankly if this does not work I will switch and mainly cause he does not listen or care Never says hello or goodbye and never looks at you I do think he may be a good doctor but I would like a more talking caring doctor and UMASS has many to choose... read more
Deserves 0 stars, My fiance was seen for severe disc herniation, this dr mazin was highly recommended for his work in pain management and also injections, the appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes, the doctor was in the room for about 5:31 (yes i timed it due to poor reviews) when he asked questions they were poorly worded, when the questions were answered as he asked them (ie “when does it start” and “how’s it feel”) he grew a large attitude and re asked the questions with a rude condescending tone as if my fiance was br... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. This "doctor" is very condescending toward patients and their advocates...does not seem remotely interested in what they have to tell him about their conditions. He seems to want to get you in and out as quickly as possible while doing the least amount of work. Stay away.
