Nice new location with ample parking, on site lab services, and kind staff.
This was not only my 1st visit here but it was also my 1st time having a UMass Doctor as my PCP. I've always had Independent Doctors so this was a huge change for me. I saw David Runyan, NP and he was great. I prefer to see NPs. Like David, they seem to take more of an effort to actually LISTEN to you. I have trust issues and I think David sensed this.
