horrible customer services. doctors are so busy they don’t have time to listen to all of your concerns or resolve your issues. do not go here unless you absolutely have to
Went to urgent care with a weird rash on both my legs on January 21. First available appointment would be April 29. If I still have this rash by then; it will be much more severe! Lack of availability makes this place useless to me.
Best care team I could ask for, Everlyne Njoroge and Patrick Mulvaney are awesome.
I love my dermatologist, however, the only time I can see her is for my annual check up. You cannot get appointments for an issue that may arise prior to scheduled exam. I was told I had to wait 5 months. When my appointment time came, she was out of the office and they said I had to wait another 5 months!
