Horrible, waiting for 5 hrs, and wont let us leave, not worth it, DO NOT COME HERE
I swear you come in here and they would let you die before you get seen by a doctor. 6+ hours and someone was there an hour longer than me and still didn’t get seen. Left without even getting seen. Makes me wonder how many people have left then died because they couldn’t be seen in a timely manner.
It is ridiculous for patients to have to sit in a ER waiting room for over 8 hours to be seen. This is totally unacceptable. And with the nurses and front desk staff having an attitude does not help either. Your system and way of doing things is completely flawed and it does not work. This being the main hospital for Worcester AND most of Worcester County, you need do to better.

So very disappointed and disgusted with this hospital it’s gone done hill since I was a kid. Umass use to be such an amazing hospital not anymore.the Doctors are so incompetent they say one thing to patients and family then send another Doctor to say another thing poor Communication, they have zero empathy or care. The nurses look over worked some are good some not so much but seeing how they are the only ones yall ever see I can understand.
