Angry and rude transplant coordinators and social workers who throw patients out of appointments, and ever since Dr Stoff retired, it’s a different dr, who I’ve never met nor seen there before, every time I regrettably go to an appointment. What the hell happened to amerikkkas healthcare? Money, greed, and a hunger for power took over Umass and amerikkka, that’s what happened! Cost over care and profit over people, it’s the Umass way!🤦🏻♂️😡
Demanding, angry transplant coordinators who are far more concerned about patients following their little rules than actually helping patients. Post transplant care is virtually non existent and the social worker will throw you out in a heartbeat if she even senses a momentary lapse in your insurance coverage. All without ever offering to let the patient pay or be billed.
