Arrived for an appointment only to find out it was canceled with no prior notification. It’s shocking that notifying patients about cancellations isn’t standard practice. This isn’t just a one-off, based on other reviews, it’s clear this is just how they operate. It's a blatant disregard for their patients' time and well-being.
Idk how they're rated so poorly.. I'm sorry for people's bad experiences but seriously they should all try gynos in the Springfield/Holyoke area, bc the experience I had here was amazing compared to the numerous gynos (from diff practices) that I've had in my home area out West. I can say truly enjoyed coming here before & during pregnancy. I ended up having to move back to my home city halfway through my pregnancy, so I didn't deliver with this practice/hospital, but every time I came here for appts I enjoyed the encounter ... read more
This people do not care about the patients. I went there for an appointment with Bridget Kelley in the middle of the storm, and they just cancelled my appointment. Very disappointed with this NP and their team.
If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. I have seen multiple providers this year and consistently I am unheard and invalidated. I've been dealing with many OB issues for years, only to get laughed at by doctors for telling them the extent of my pain. I finally had an appointment scheduled with an endometriosis specialist that I had to wait 6 months for, only to show up and be told that someone had canceled it 3 months ago. Consistently a terrible experience. Transferred into the practice at 32 weeks--this was my 5th pregnancy so I had an idea what to expect and what standard care looks like. Getting appointments at this practice was a nightmare because they have WAY too many patients and not enough doctors. I was consistently told there was nothing on the schedule and they would call me--or I could see an NP.
