Angry and rude secretaries! Should be called umass diabetes center of delusional folks who think they’re excellent!
Been going here since I was 16 years old on and off. I will be 53 in August. Have always had Dr Michael Thompson who is so intelligent on type 1 and all it's problems that may come along the way. But he is also compassionate and empathetic. I have also use NP Ana who is just like Dr Thompson and they communicate between each other. The office staff for the most part are great too especially Liz and Paula. The only issue I had recently was I had a person not know what an insulin pump is. What can I said the place is only for people who go money.if I go to the emergency room and there is a doctor that's relatively know the staff in emergency they would call that person first rather than calling somebody thats been there waiting for 8 hours I don't even know why they call it the emergency department they should call it the morgue department.
