My symptoms were head aches, right ear and neck pain with a lump behind that same ear, cough. On Dec 21,2023 I went to UMMS urgent care they did X-rays gave me two antibiotics said to follow with PCP/ENT. December 26, 2023 still not feeling well went to UMMS ER was feeling worse fever, back pain and coughing and stating that coworkers had tested positive for Covid recently. Solid 3 all around. In the future I would prefer to go to urgent care, but those often book days in advance and this is a walk in service for employees. That makes it very convenient.
Don't go here. Just avoid it.
