The food was amazing ! we had the tempura appetizers and the portion and sauce was amazing! the service was friendly too, I will definitely be returning.
I am tough when it comes to Ramen... this place is good, they need to work on their spicy levels. Fat level is above average! (Picture shows it’s solid at 40 degrees F) Yum!
The flavor of my Spicy Miso dish was amazing. I didn't know what to expect, but it was excellent. I will be back, with friends and family. Thank You Umai Aji-Ya

Broth was good. Noodles could be better in my opinion. Will be back when the full menu is available
Great atmosphere and really nice inside. Food was great and definitely can’t wait to see what else is in store. We got the shrimp tempura and gyoza for an appetizer and the Umai, Umai Bold, and the Umai Tonkotsu for entree. Couple things were missing from the ramen when we got it but they brought us the missing parts as soon as we mentioned it. Overall great food and service!
