Walked in because my child was complaining about her throat and they denied her service saying the don’t see people under 18 i have never heard of anything like that ever
My mother recently took my little sister to UM Urgent Care | Downtown Campus for a sprained ankle, and the experience was disappointing and upsetting. A nurse took her pulse and blood pressure, but no one took her weight during the visit. Despite that, her after-visit summary included a recommendation to “lose weight,” which felt completely unnecessary and inappropriate—especially since her weight had nothing to do with her injury and was never discussed.
