Space is very clean and new. Staff are friendly and helpful. No long wait times. The lab is on the same floor which is convenient. The parking garage is connected directly to the elevators which makes it a short distance to walk. Providers take their time to listen and they make sure any issues I have are met before I leave the office. They offer a lot of community resources and have very affordable produce/fruits and vegetables on Friday's on the lower level. They never return any voicemails and when you get someone on the phone they are always rude and short with me. I am disappointed as this office does not reflect the excellence Ive seen at other UM hospitals. :(
I was hospitalized here and I was woke up in icu by a man sanding a wall in my room.
