Very misleading info. Drove 25 minutes with 3 kids only to be turned around. RUDE front desk staff. If your staff can not give out the correct info about covid testing they do NOT need to answer the phones or be at the desk. Waste of time

Every time my grandfather goes to this hospital, nothing seems to be in order; his medication list is not up to date, despite repeatedly providing recent updates, his allergy list is not up to date, he is given medication he has NEVER had and isn’t suppose to take...the list goes on!

Totally unacceptable. Went last Thursday for COVID testing and was told 3-5 days. Called again today and now being told 7 days. What a joke. No wonder so many people get infected if you have to wait a week for results.

Felt like I was dismissed and then they called in a prescription to Walgreens where the pharmacy is apparently closed at the moment
I went to this location as advised for a needed COVID test for a surgery on 6/25. After sitting for over an hour with only one other person in the waiting room treated and gone before being swabbed. The test must be completed 96hrs prior. The test was not sent to labcorp until Tuesday. So now another rapid test is needed because of their failure to do their jobs. Won’t return.
front office staff was a bit attitudinal but all nurses and docs were truly wonderful thanks to all for your service!
Terribly difficult to get in touch with anyone there. Called at 9:45 AM and spent 30 minutes on “hold” or whatever only to be hung up on. Called again and got in touch with someone almost immediately. They also don’t have email at the office so paperwork could only be transferred via fax which is very difficult for someone without printer/fax access.
