He solved my painful, chronic back problem eight years ago, with a procedure using high tech instruments. I still have no pain! He is the best! Dr. Kartom is a world class neurosurgeon here in Easton. We are blessed to have him here.

Completely inept at simple customer service and at reading and excuting basic instructions.

this place is very RUDE and unprofessional. will not let anyone be in the room with their dying family members. people are coming from across the country to be with said family members and certain staff members are being extremely rude and unprofessional. when asking for updates, being told the person "isn't dead yet" and that "if you keep bugging me I won't let anyone see them until they're dead" is inexcusable. sad.

The front desk here has to be the most incompetent group of misfits I’ve ever dealt with. They should let the Doctors select their own office staff, instead of University of Maryland. I will be leaving because of how poorly, unprofessional, and flat out rude the office staff is.

After scheduling a new patient appointment months ago, I received a text message to confirm my appointment yesterday (appointment scheduled for 10/5). I then received a phone call from the office stating that they need to update my insurance information. I called the office this morning to give them my insurance information just to find out I’m not on the schedule for Monday, an appointment that I made months ago. Slow. Pack a lunch get a hotel. Over 2 hours for X-ray, EKG and blood work, no visit just an order from doctor.

I was very pleased with Dr Kurtom he was very professional and has an excellent bed side manner. I would recommend him to anyone who is having to have any type of spinal surgery. He made me feel very comfortable through the whole process.

This place is a disaster to work. The job training that is provided is not thorough and there is no refresher training to clearly understand your job. You receive 2 weeks of this job training and thrown out on the floor to sink or swim. You can’t ask for help from the staff because everyone is for themselves. The Manager and Supervisor need communication and people skills training. The Manager says “there is nothing to learn.” We are all learning everyday. My son was here today cause his sugar was very high. The doctor that seen my son is in his Dr. Campbell he was okay but not somebody I would recommend to see. His nurse was birdie she was slower than slow high rude smelled like she hadn’t showered in weeks. Dr gave him 2 different types of insulin well needless to say birdie gave him the WRONG ones. This place needs to get it together and stop bringing in all these new people who don’t know there all from a hole in the ground.
