UltraLast was easy to work with. I had gotten a quote earlier this year, but didn't have time to do the job until now. Brian worked with me with the prior quote and we reached an agreement for the job. He was very honest about the scheduling and the time it would take. The only issue I had was the communication took longer than I thought it should and some questions didn't get answered. I am very pleased with the work done by Ultralast. Brian Green was very personable and, unlike the other companies I contacted, Brian was willing to work with me to reduce the total cost to meet my needs by allowing me to do those things I could do myself and taking on those I could not. Being retired, this was very important to me. I must note that there were a couple of hiccups with the work, but Brian very graciously acknowledged my concerns and made them right with dispatch.
