They were on time, at least as good as could be expected due to rainy weather. They added a down spout that emptied into my neighbors yard. I asked them to remove it. They did, as promptly as possible, again weather permitting. I really believe they are a customer oriented business. I recommend them.
They definitely weren't the least expensive quote I had, but they were worth the money. The were prompt, professional and thorough. I needed to add gutters in a particular area of the house to protect some foundation work that I'd had done. I could have hired someone that would have given me only what I asked for, but this professional team helped me make better decisions without pushing. Dec. 19, 2017 Today is the first day after the installation of the gutters and it is raining. So far the gutters are working fine. I no longer hear the "Niagara falls" of water coming from the roof onto my patio. What a blessing. The rain last night did not wake me up because of the pounding onto the concrete. The down spouts are also working and not falling off with the water like the previous down spouts we had on the house. The installer Eddie was great and very professional.
