Killed my grass and over billed me. They killed my grass to dead brown. They then added to the bill for things that they did to do. Beware of this company. The owner called me souring and not sounding business ready and the office in Arkansas is useless. Avoid these guys in my opinion.
ruined our yard, very rude, lied, changed stories... the owner at the time, let's call him bun head was the rudest person.... we have the plant board working with us now and other sources.... if you have any sense of decency you would contact us to fix our yard. But this company has no morals or sense of decency.... this company had no respect for customers and the wonderful people in Little Rock..... shame on you bun head
I am a retired small business owner. I have been a customer of UltraGreen in Orlando since 01-2019 when I hired UltraGreen to take care of the fertilization and insect care of my yard in Orlando. UltraGreen has preformed excellent service to the lawn around my home with the grass looking healthier and more robust than it has since I purchased the home in 1999. Canceling service is hell, you will be given the run around, and 6 or 7 months after you thought you would not hear from them again, they will send you bills for services that they did not perform. It took multiple calls over several months to be able to cancel service. They kept billing us for service after that. Service that they could have not provided as the grass was already dead and in the middle of being replaced by a new company.
