awesome massage – Susan was amazing, the massage left nothing to be desired, I will keep coming back to Susan, and the rooms were large, warm, and cozy
Best massage and facial in the city! – I went to ultrabeauty on 9/1/06. I made an appointment and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The decor is very nice and the staff was awesome! I received exceptional service. I purchased the Plan b and it it was worth every penny! The swedish massage from Susan was absolutely heaven! A REAL SPA EXPERIENCE – This is a fine examplew of what a Spa should be like. I enjoyed my services and the staff was very accomodating. The place looks quite nice and I would recommend this for anyone
Excellent service – Great Staff, Lydia was very nice and welcoming. The services I received were great. I would highly recommend. I have been to other Spas in near by Jenkintown, PA but they did not have the welcoming that I received from Ultrabeauty Day Spa. I live in MD and would return for the services at the Spa anytime. Great value, service and atmosphere.
I loved it! – I spent an entire day at Ultrabeauty. I had a massage, Vichi shower (which was awesome), facial, pedicure, manicure and totally relaxed at steam and sauna. The staff was really nice and caring. I will definitely be back!
Rude – I went to get a wax and when I first called the woman was so rude. It was just not a great experience, they need to learn to be more professional. It could have been a cultural barrier perhaps but I did not feel that I was treated the way a customer should be. They were pretty pushy. I doubt that I will ever go back there unless it is an emergency.
Great service, Pleasant staff – I spent a beautiful day at the spa. Relaxed and got away from everyday stress as they say. Everything was top notch, Services, Lunch, Staff. Must say they have the best Vichy shower in town. Highly Recommended.
