Great customer service I would go back
Ultratune in Frankston recognised the urgency of my needing a service and booked me in the day after I rang them which I really appreciated. They gave a minimal service as instructed but gave an extensive list of other checks and needs that I was also pleased to receive. The mechanic spent 15 minutes explaining things to me too. I will definitely use them again.
Great attention to my needs and full explanation of repair/ service needed for my vehicle. Will definitely use this service again.
Great service. Prices were spelt out with no hidden extras. Car was completed when they said it would be. Very happy with their communication with me. Will definitely go back for my next service or repair
These guys are fantastic! If you want polite, thorough service with the manager and a team that actually cares, this is the place to take your car to! I will be taking my car there for servicing and / or repairs from now on!
