I rang them on Friday afternoon as my brakes were squealing as I was towing a caravan whilst on holidays. They were very supportive over the phone and then squeezed me in on Monday. They rang with an update as soon as they had been able to look at it, and later in the day I was back safe and ready to go. Their service was excellent, especially as I was travelling from out of town and not a regular etc. Thanks again guys!
