They make a great faceting machine however if you need any kind of consumable product such as laps or dops you can expect to wait 1 to 2 months to receive them. I live only a few hours away and have ordered simple things that should just be in stock multiple times and its always been a very delayed process. Makes it difficult when you're working on a project and really need the items to continue.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Seemed to think that my applications for their machine were "unconventional" and were therefore uninterested in helping me order the parts that I need for my UltraTec lapping machine. This means I'll have to resort to having parts custom machined for this unit. They literally removed it from the website when I asked about it and refuse to explain why they won't sell or make the part I requested.

Don't deal with Tim, the guy is rude and not interested. Lapmaster and Engis make much better machinery and have great service. You're better off going to them

Great company! They always help right away if you need something and would work with any issues you have. Their product is the easiest to use on current lapidary market in my opinion. You can get new parts, support on the phone and pretty much anything you need with your product. Never had any issues with them and everyone has been super helpful each time I called!

Terrible people. Tim (guy with a British accent) from their technical department accused me of being a competitor and shut the phone in my face. He was quite rude leading up to that point as well. From the beginning of the conversation he seemed like he wasn’t interested. The other guy that transferred me to him seemed pretty nice though. He even apologized on Tim’s behalf after I called back and told him what happened. Their products seem okay based on what I was told. Avoid Tim and you should be fine.
