Excellent service and attention. Everybody in is pleasant and efficient. The hygienist taking care of me (Ever) was absolutely professional but as well made the experience a fun moment (which is quite the achievement for a dentist appointment). He is obviously very skilled as I have felt no discomfort at all throughout the procedure.
Very good clinic, been there frequently, no complaints. Also, if you are looking for a hygienist I highly recommend Ever, he is the best.
Never saw the dentist. I scheduled a new patient appointment for a dental cleaning with the front desk staff. I came in and was told I needed to have paid a deposit ahead of time to secure the appointment. I was then told I could wait 1 hour to have a dental exam and then come back another day for the actual cleaning. Far too many dentists in Miami to accommodate this inconvenience.
I moved to Miami last year and was nervous about finding a new dentist. I gave UltraSmile a try and am very pleased with the results. I have very sensitive teeth and the hygenist is very gentle and careful. Highly recommend Ultrasmile in downtown Miami.
Always just a smooth visit, very informative while completing cleanings or services. Rachel was very sweet and light on my teeth, zero discomfort! Honestly my favorite dentist office I’ve ever been to!
