Absolutely terrible experience. This clinic repeatedly called and emailed me with promotions to book an appointment. I drove 45 minutes, wasted half my day, gave them my insurance card, and only then they told me they no longer accept Florida Blue. Any serious clinic would confirm insurance before making a patient come in. They already had my information because I was their patient before, so there is no excuse. Great dental office with a friendly and professional team. A special thank you to Fabiola, the hygienist—she was gentle, thorough, and made the entire cleaning experience comfortable. She took the time to explain everything and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
