Horrible experience. I have had orthodontist work at a very professional dentist in NY with no issues. I go for a new patient apt and they tell me I need Vaneers- I turned this down and was told I have 4 cavities. I always get my cavities fixed so I agreed. They make you sign a waiver- never have I ever had to sign a waiver for fillings. She uses a numbing agent and what looks like fake glue.
