I went to Ultra Nails on Sunday afternoon to get a gel manicure and pedicure before leaving on a trip Tuesday at 6am. Thuy did my nails, and she was friendly and kind. I liked her, and I honestly thought I’d return again. But less than 18 hours later, on Monday morning, the polish on one of my nails completely came off. The salon was closed that day, and since I was leaving 6am Tuesday morning, I had no choice but to pay full price for another manicure somewhere else.
