The service is great, and the employees are knowledgeable. As importantly, they have integrity. They only sell you what you need or specifically ask for. They don’t take advantage of the fact that some of us don’t know as much about pools and chemicals as they do so they can sell more product.
Very knowledgeable and friendly too.
I went in to get chemicals for my hot tub. We are new hot tub owners and not very knowledgeable about how to treat it. I asked him to help me he would answer one question and then sit back down with his back turned to me very annoyed and rude! Seems annoyed I was even in the store he was a larger bald man. Don't go here for your chemicals they will be unhelpful and give you little to no help.
