I went in to get chemicals for my hot tub. We are new hot tub owners and not very knowledgeable about how to treat it. I asked him to help me he would answer one question and then sit back down with his back turned to me very annoyed and rude! Seems annoyed I was even in the store he was a larger bald man. Don't go here for your chemicals they will be unhelpful and give you little to no help.
Purchased a Hot Springs spa as a Christmas gift for my family. Unfortunately the main computer board was defective. John the service technician came out Christmas Eve and repaired. Super knowledgeable and saved Christmas. Thank you John
