I had a new pool liner installed. I was very pleased with the installation and the installers. Dackson and Kayden were very courteous and I was very impressed with their work ethic. Ultra Modern has a first rate maintenance department. Just saying thank you seems so inadequate to these fine young men. Ultra Modern, you’ve done a great job building your team. Thank you.
We stopped by Ultramodern Pool and Patio, looking for a high-top table and chairs, and were greeted by Ann, who was absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. She found exactly what we were looking for at the West store, so we drove over and confirmed it was the perfect fit! It’s being delivered tomorrow – just in time for a small gathering we’re hosting. We’ve purchased many items from Ultramodern over the years and consistently love their quality and durability. . Highly recommend!
The most horrible customer service I have ever received. We have been trying to get service since October 2025. Now going on 7 months and still haven't had service. No communication until WE reach out. Our parts have been "on order" for several months. Were on the schedule and then come to find out after we reach out that our part is still not here... we've paid close to $2,500 and still have an empty hot tub. We had an excellent experience with the team at Ultra Modern. The installers were meticulous, careful, and incredibly precise with our sauna installation. Nathan provided outstanding support, coordinating the delivery and checking in afterward to ensure we were completely satisfied. Exceptional customer service overall.
