Anthony called and let me know what time he would be here and was here on time. He was fast, courteous, professional and HONEST! Anthony told us what he was doing every step of the way. We bought our new AC unit three years ago and everyone who comes out from this company for maintenance or questions we have, have been WONDERFUL! GREAT company wish we had found them sooner.
After moving to Tucson, my first introduction to Ultra Air was with Ray. He introduced himself and let us know we should have our ac serviced to be sure home buyer warranty covered us if anything went wrong. We have dealt with Manny, Anthony, and Corie. Staff is great. Had to replace our heater/ac. They did a fantastic job. Priority service. I highly recommend them.
Had Ultra Air come out for system tune up and had the most informative tech and very good service. David was professional and through in servicing my unit. I would definitely use Ultra Air again with knowing I am getting excellent service. Thank you all.
My AC broke down and within 30 min I had an appointment with Emmanuel. Less than 48 hours later he was at my house explaining exactly what went wrong. He fixed it immediately and explained what to look/listen for when things go wrong. He also offered great advice on future maintenance of the unit as a whole! Fantastic service, will definitely request this company if anything goes wrong in the future. would recommend to my closest family and friends
Excellent air conditioning company. Emanuel came out this late spring to check our unit and took the time to show me what needs to get checked. I very much appreciated the time and energy that he spent breaking down the unit parts and what I need to monitor. I will continue to use their company for ac check ups, etc
