RecommendedAmazing workout. I tried Ultimate for a few months, then went to a chain that also uses the heart rate monitors for measurement. Ultimately, I went back to Ultimate Workout. I like knowing the the schedule of workout focus in advance, as well as feeling that it’s a much more rounded workout with cardio and weights. The workouts are challenging and allow me to hit a high level of intensity, action packed into a quick hour. In, out, sweat �!!! Terrific way to start your day!
