I've never been a gym person. I was intimidated because I dont know how to workout. I came to Ultimate Workout and it has changed my life. I love the gym now! I look forward to it everyday. The atmosphere, the workout, the trainers...all together make this an awesome place to be. Thanks Corey and crew!!
I always thought I would hate group workout classes.....but boy was I wrong! I have never been more consistent with workouts than I am now. The atmosphere here makes you excited to come back and get your butt kicked every day! No matter how hard I try, there is no way I could get as good of workout by myself as I do with the awesome trainers they have!
These workouts are the best group fitness classes I’ve ever experienced - they push me in new ways during every class. I always enjoy the hour I spend here!
