I’m beyond thankful I took a step outside of my comfort zone to find my happy place! Not only do I get a great workout, I am surrounded by supportive people! The classes are SO fun and intense, you leave feeling great! My favorite part is the instructors actually push you to do your best, they encourage you through the entire class! Hands down would recommend the Ultimate Workout studio to anyone.
