Always friendly, professional, and caring! I have been a patient for many years, along with my entire family. Great people.
I had to have ONE tooth pulled and explained that I get anxiety, after pulling the one tooth while I was really upset the dentist started saying you should take out 2 more, so I did, that is not the time to make a decision. I did have to then get a temp bridge. I came in for a apt days before thanksgiving while there I asked to have the bridge adjusted and they said she was to busy, really leave me on a four day HOL weekend with a bridge that was hurting. Needless to say I am getting a new dentist!
Dr Nelson is the best!!! Virtually pain free! Everyone, from the front office to the dental hygienists are so caring.
I've had significant dental issues involving quite a bit of pain. The doctors and staff did an excellent job of diagnosing, treating and follow up care. I'm very lucky to have Dr Lori and Dr Emily as my dentists.
Thank you, Dr Nelson and staff, for the incredible patience, generosity and tenderness you bestowed on my orphan host-son visiting from Ukraine. Dentist visits in his past have been terrifying and painful....and it didn't help matters that he doesn't understand English! 5 stars is not enough!
Best dental practice. I rarely(to my shame) visit the dentist, and was in pain when I found this office, the care was objective and gently, resolved my source of pain in weeks and improved my health with follow up care. enough said, go see for yourself. :)
