I LOVE the way I feel when I walk in for an appointment. Everyone is so friendly and quick to look up to say hello. I love even more the way I look AFTER an appointment. Melissa takes great care of me and Lorie is always there to check in and flatter me. :) OF COURSE they're 5-star.
I go to Ultimate Look ll on Columbus St. Mackenzie is my hairdresser and she's fabulous! She's never against any crazy ideas I have for my hair and doesn't judge when i am quick to change a style after a few weeks. She's super nice and completely professional. You gained a great asset to the Salon. I don't go anywhere else.
I go to the ultimate look II. To MacKenzie and she is the best! I'm actually getting my hair done right now ��
