completely unresponsive. I hired Ultamate landscaping nearly 3 weeks ago asking for someone to come out as soon as possible. other then the initial contact they have been unresponsive via Call, email, or texts. and yet STILL no one has come out.

Very unhappy with this company. I called on TUESDAY to make an appointment to get an estimate on My Girl-Friends Mother's lawn. Talked to Alex and told Him I wanna be there when the lawn gets looked at. All the details We wanted to get done were discussed. He said "Someone would call Me" . . . It's 4 DAYS later . . . NOTHING . . . Thanks alot. Not sure if 1 star is suitable.
Worst company ever. Honestly don’t know how they are still in business if they don’t plow the companies that have hired them!!
Terriable. They cant even keep track of peoples hours and wont pay for their service.

This is a great company. Tom made two trips out to Merrill for the estimates, because when I found out how affordable it was I added a lot more to be done. This was not a fun job--hauling out shrubs that had been planted back in 1958, and with a strong root system. Plus the weather was no friend, but it was all done in good enough time for a lot of new planting.
