I would not recommend this home health aide agency if you’re looking for people who will care for and advocate for your loved ones. They do not deliver the quality of services needed to adequately accommodate their patients. My mother is currently receiving case management services via this agency and they have been dragging their feet helping her and addressing her needs — for months.
