This place is very unprofessional and they are not a good company for the care of a loved one!
This facility is a mess. I worked with Bridget the owner for 2 weeks to coordinate services for my fragile mother. She never provided follow-up calls. Always had to be tracked down to obtain updated information. She appeared always overwhelmed especially if calls were made on Friday. She indicated that she and home health aide would come to my home to see my mother on Saturday or Sunday before the start of services on Monday. She never called or came by on Saturday or Sunday.
