My daughter and grandkids were visiting so we decided to play tourists. We had a really fun time with Bea, our guide.
This is the second tour my wife and I had done. The first one was way back in 2009 right before MJ died. This one was far superior in my opinion, as we had our kids this time and the homes were much more recognizable to them than our previous tour had been. I felt like it was a tasteful tour that didn’t overstay our presence but did provide a nice history, plus their smaller buses got us to some places that the larger TMZ busses were too big/heavy to get to. Would highly recommend!
Richard “Frank” Lawrence was our guide (IMDb). Very polite, funny & informative. Respectful of the stars’ privacy, not staying too long near their property. Perfect chances for photos, stats on every town & safe driver. Thank you Frank & the rest of the staff!
Ryan is the best. The tour was way better than TMZ tour!!! I am a local and still learned some things that I didn't know.

This was a great tour. ALEX is the man! He was very informative, funny and just all around great! I wish he lived in Palm Springs, CA. I had family in from Chicago and they had never been to LA.
