I am very appreciative of Dr. Acosta's care for my lower back pain. He is very informative and helpful giving instruction on stretching and abdominal work to relieve pain and tightness. I was pleasantly surprised by the relief I felt within one visit! I will continue to see Dr. Acosta for further care and future maintenance care! I highly recommend Ultimate Health. Even the front desk staff is warm and inviting.
I had been going to another Chiropractor when a friend and employee of this place recommended I try their office. I had been in pain on and off for a while and the other office had told me I'd never be better completely and would have to deal with recurring pain. I saw Dr c who told me that wasn't true and all my pain could definitely be fixed. I haven't had any pain since Dr c fixed it five years ago. I live in PA now but I would gladly drive back down this office! Can't recommend enough.
