My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ravitz for many years, and have recommended her to friends who have become her patients. She is knowledgeable, gentle and caring. Her office is well run, so even though she is always busy there is never much of a wait.
The office of Dr. Ravitz does not respect my time or value me as a customer. This may not be everyone's experience, but it is mine. I went there to see her. I arrived 1 hour before my scheduled appointment, and I was seen 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment start time. At my follow up appointment, I arrived on time, yet another customer who entered the office after I did was seen before I was. I will never go back to this office. The door to doctor time is too atrocious.
