I've been there six years and would t go anywhere else to work out! The karate classes are great for the kids too!

I just started back tuesday to try and get back into shape before i hit the Big 50 in june. I know its only 6 months and a lofty goal, But with the knowlege, motivation and support of these instructos. This goal will be reached. They have all the tools to make a better you!!
You can pay a lower price at a different gym but you will never find the moral support and sense of community anywhere else but here. In a fitness journey, those elements are vital to your success.
