I have been a Ultimate customer for years the crew has always been awesome. In the day of age where you can buy it on line cheaper, in spite of that trend they are growing remodeling and adding more product that should tell you something. The service is top notch if they added craft beer I'd be there 3 times a week. The Cheers of bicycle shops!
The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. The selection is top notch and they let me son ride around inside.
Mike was awesome helping me put together new road bike and taking time to make sure it was fitted properly. Even got some tips on how to improve technique. Great experience and will be coming back.
