Bought my road bike in July and the staff including Togie got me set up and started to train for the Bike2DC 2019. Then I bought my MTB from them as well and have received the best service and advice ever! Enjoyed my first group ride with them on October 13th, 2018. This shop is more than just a retail store! They treat you like family and I will continue to give them my business!!!
What a gorgeous shop full of top-notch bikes and gear and staffed by cool, friendly people! I finally got to put my hands on a few INTENSE bikes and I think I'm in love : )

I've been a customer for many, many, many years. I'm always amazed how well I'm treated anytime I show up. Those guys will even fix my beat up 20 year old fishing bike with no complaints! Mike,Matt and all the crew are the best.
I would give this shop a 6 if I could. I was in town for the Charlotte criterium and USACrits speedweek, when my shifter broke. Every shop in town tried to sell me a new shifter and the SRAM neutral support mechanic told me it was garbage. I eventually took it to Ultimate where the mechanic carefully took the shifter apart, investigated and found a tiny screw that came loose inside.
