One of the worst hair services I’ve ever received and ruined my entire Saturday. A service that normally takes 2.5-3 hours took 6. She mentioned she was slow, but I thought it would add an extra hour. Not double the service time. I came in with light brown natural roots and asked for a full highlight. the top of my head was bright orange after the first highlight. The employees are always helpful and remind as I’m checking out if there’s a freebie or promotion. Store is also organized and well kept.
The employees are clearly more interested in talking with one another then working. I needed help finding some hair products and I asked the girl who was behind the brow desk (no one was there but another employee) I waited for them to finish there conversation and asked her for help in the hair section. Her response, “oh thats not my department” and she walked away from her little station too. But not to help me of course
I had such a great experience with Amanda’s Benefit waxing service! I’m extremely picky when it comes to anyone touching my brows, so I’m usually a little nervous trying someone new. But Amanda immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s very attentive and takes her time to really pay attention to the small details, which I truly appreciated.
