After reading below seems Im not the I my one having issues with online Ulta orders. I recently spent $160 online for a sale. The package got shipped to the wrong address. I called CS 5 times within 2 weeks. I was told a supervisor would call me back and got nothing. It went to be investigated and They said there is nothing they can do. No reshipment to the correct address and no refunds. So Im out $160 and no products. I order there regularly and probably have spent thousands of dollars. Ive learned Ulta doesnt care. I had an issue with one of the item. I contacted the customer many times but no one is helping me or resolved the issue. Finally I tried to reach out manager but all I was told that no supervisor is available and they will call me back but that didnt happen either. For one small issue its been almost 10 days. Very upset.

Ulta has the single worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent in a return as anyone normally would have - to their mailing address and since I didn't hear from them after about a week I reached out to them to find out the status of my refund. The customer service agent told me that since I didn't alert them to expect it ahead of time that it could now take up to thirty days to get my refund back. I have been a Ulta MasterCard valued customer with excellent credit and always keep a zero balance on all 16 credit cards I have! I placed a order online at Ulta.com and used my rewards points (money) $67.50 I received a text message stating that there was a purchase on my credit card and said the amount. I looked for a conformation email, but never received one. I made a purchase for $143.96 for a perfume which they say was delivered at my front door but it was not there . Called the customer service several times but no help was provided. Nor for a refund nor reshipment . I called like 7/8 different times but no refund . I am a loyal customer for years . Its soo frustrating and annoying. I need my money .

Beware of the FREE GIFT with purchase. I ordered an item and spent more to reach the free gift only for the item to go out of stock. They had 3 choices of colors for a free gift - the one I chose apparently sold out and they just remove the item from our purchase rather than sub it out and stand behind a while quantities last. In store that is fine...you can opt out of your purchase or chose a different option....online however they submit your order and tell you it's their policy to not ship a free gift on it's own. I have been a diamond member for years at Ulta Beauty. Recently I'm not able to placing an order online, first time I figured out I have been blocked from their website when my sister asked me to purchase parfum set online total of $80 about 3 weeks ago. It didn't go through regardless of payment I tried. Contacted their CS is hopeless. I was told it was glitches on their website and just few business days for them to reach me back. Item was being shipped to wrong address. I contacted the call center immediately, representative stated that they would cancel the order. They could not re route the correct shipping. ALTHOUGH it had not shipped yet. I called back because there was no update. I bought a small bag of items today from Ulta Beauty at ******************** in ********* **. When I was unloading the bag at-home, I realized the 26 dollar mascara was missing from the bag. I drove back again even though it isn't a short trip. The manager told me thatthe teller remembered putting it in my bag. She asked me to wait while she looked at the video.
