Being 100% transparent, I would give my in-store experiences 5 stars; however, today I chose to take advantage of their online ordering since there were cyber Monday deals. The site said to apply for their Master Card and use it today to get 20% off your order so I applied and was accepted. I have many orders from ulta.com and never had any issues until recently. Ulta used an unreliable shipping companie such as Ontrack (first time Ive had this company & first time Ive ever had a stolen/lost package). My order went missing and ontrack claimed they investigate it and said package was shipped to correct address. If it was, it was not left in a secure area obviously because it was nowhere to be found (my rural driveway is about half a mile so drivers usually get lazy). Placed an online order - received notification of shipment. Tracking showed as invalid with carrier and remained invalid with carrier, contacted Ulta and they stated sometimes the carrier just doesn't update their side and to wait a full 8 business days for the package to show up. This company is horrible I will be canceling my credit card with them! They never ship items on time, when you get them u get half your order or damaged product. I left it slide because things happen but now they advertise center things if you spend so much. You spend the required amount to never get what was advertised!!!! When you complain you get the whole sorry not sorry bs they never try to fix the issue at all! Spent more with sephora at lease you get better customer service!

If I can give a zero I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! The app had a glitch and I contacted customer service to help ship the missing item and they said nothing they can do. 352 bad reviews, you think they would provide better service to customers. I was a loyal platinum member but I will now be taking my money to Sephora.

I completed and online purchase at the end of October totally over $400 with expected delivery on 11/1/21. I did not receive the package on this date although it says it was delivered. I placed a $200 order on 11/17/21 and saw that today it was delivered yesterday, 11/19/21. Only, it wasnt delivered to the address I entered into the shipping address form in the order. Somehow, the order processed with my old address listed to ship to. Which is an apartment I havent lived in for well over a year and is hours away from where I currently live. After receiving gift cards to purchase a brand new $600 item from ULTA beauty I went to the store to purchase the item where the manager of the store told me that they were would not accept all my gift cards, they told me to cal guest services by myself instead of offering to assist with this issue. When on the phone with guest services they advised me that they can merge my gift cards together so they can be accepted in the store.
