Giving Ulta a One Star rating is being generous! Their customer service is absolutely horrible! ********************** shipped me the wrong item and Ive been trying to get it resolved for six days now, and still havent been able to get any kind of resolution. When I call, I wait a MINIMUM of 26 minutes before a representative picks up and then immediately hangs back up. I tried the texting option.
