I went to the store because there were 2 free items coming to me for it being my birthday month. I told the cashier I had a coupon on my phone for these items. She said she didn't need it as it is in their system. Of course I didn't notice until after I got home and emptied my bag that my free items were not there. I ordered something on 11/29. On 12/2, I got a notice that it shupped, and they gave me a tracking number with an estimated date of 12/6. It didn't arrive and the shipping never updated with the tracking number. I called and they said to give it 10 business days and to call *** because it was their fault. 12/11 is 10 business. I contacted them again asking how it was going to be here on 12/11 when it hasn't shipped. Now that are telling me that 10 business days is 12/15 because my order didn't complete until 12/2. Horrific customer service. I placed an order on Black Friday and it's been marked as pending pick up since 11/28. It is now 12/10. Customer service continues to give me the run around saying they won't do anything until day 10 (which is tomorrow). I will never buy from them again.

I moved last month and changed my address on the company website and placed an order, as soon as the order was placed I realized that they had my old address listed for shipment rather than my new one. I immediately called customer service & spoke to someone that told me “no problem I will put in a request to cancel the order because I have no way of changing the address”. So my email says sorry we cancelled your item, your not charged and we waived shipping. it was my free item so why aren't you substituting it and my shipping was already free. I wouldn't have purchased two if I was going to get my third item. I voucher for a free item (the one they canceled) would have been nice. I called customer service and she was like sorry your loss. If I had the option to leave 0 stars, this is the option I would pick! I placed an order on November 28 and still the only thing I can see when I want to track the package is "Awaiting Carrier Pick Up". It has been 8 days!! I called several times and no one can tell me where my package is or what is going on! Not only that, yesterday, I tracked the package again and it said it was in GA. So I was happy.
