I had my hair colored at the ****************** location. I have had it colored there for years. I was not satisfied as I paid. My color was darker blonde underneath. My gray was not even colored on the right side of my face. The stylist never showed me my hair with a hand held mirror. I paid $100 for a service I wasn't happy with. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this by calling the corporate office. No one calls me back. The store manager is rude. They keep saying it is under review. It has been a month. Brought the items to local Ulta store, with the original sales receipt and was told my return could not be processed without a phone number. I bought the items under my sister's phone number, it's a loyal program I guess. Anyway, I did not have my phone with me at the time to give the number.
