EVERY time I go there they follow me around like I'm stealing. I get it, I'm a poc and it's Morgantown. It needs to stop though. I never even buy anything here, I end up getting annoyed and then leaving.
The older manager in here was extremely rude to my fiancé when he tried to pick up my online order. I completely understand the order not being ready yet, however, the way she talked to him and acted was absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason to be that rude to someone just checking in on a pickup order. I will never be shopping at this Ulta again.
I have never been to a store where they have a sales associate stand in the entrance way and deny you service because you came 5 minutes before closing. I get that everyone wants to leave and have a good night but to stand in your entrance way and basically deny people from coming inside when there’s multiple people coming in the door is beyond me. That’s poor service.
Love, love, love Ulta! I feel they offer a great selection of items and brands and they have great sales. I typically always have a coupon to use. The staff I’ve encountered are always helpful and pleasant and I don’t feel pressured when I’m in the store!
