Not the biggest fan of this Ulta on the island tbh. Within the past month I have placed a pick up order twice at this location and both times I have went home only to realize that I received USED products. And this time was worse because today I picked up my order, went home and realized I was given a TESTER product. It's my favorite place to explore new makeup trends, and I can usually find exactly what I need for my routine, from high-performance foundations to everyday brow pencils. The staff is always helpful if I'm looking for a specific product match, and the reward program is a nice bonus that keeps me coming back.
Walked in today to see if my son and I could get hair tinsel done. We were told we couldn’t because they were completely booked, but the stylist finished early with her client and came over to say she could do my sons. As she was doing his she said she had time for me as well. Her name is Nadia, and she is just the sweetest thing. She made my son feel very comfortable and allowed him to pick the colors he wanted and never made him feel weird about it. She is very gentle and very informative.
