I usually liked this location, but now I don't feel welcome. The cashier, who was a woman in her 50s with bleached hair, looked like I made her life 10x harder by showing up to the register. She was already looking like she hated everyone before I approached her, trying to exchange an item that was previously discounted for a different shade. Not the biggest fan of this Ulta on the island tbh. Within the past month I have placed a pick up order twice at this location and both times I have went home only to realize that I received USED products. And this time was worse because today I picked up my order, went home and realized I was given a TESTER product. In what world did the worker think that it was okay to give a customer a tester product? So now I have to waste time to go back in person and exchange the item.
