Workers have bad attitudes…act like it’s an inconvenience to ask for help. Dirty.
I made an online order they "attempted" delivery but didn't even try to get into my building. They use a budget logistics company named ONTRAC. They never attended to redeliver nor schedule a date. I called everyone and anyone I can get a hold of Acme no help not through phone not through text not through email nor live agent chat. Do not bother to order online. If you have to purchase go in person. I'm extremely frustrated and will just dispute my $300 purchase through my financial institution.
Came here with my service dog as I usually do and have numerous times. This particular day a worker came up to me and told me she had to help me directly because people were scared of my dog. There was not a single customer around us. I informed her my dog is a trained service animal and I don't need any help. She proceeded to stand and hover over me the entire time I was trying to shop.
