Terrible customer service. I placed and paid fully for an order on cyber Monday and I was unable to pick it up on the final day for pick up so I called and spoke to a representative and she told me she would hold it for me until the next day, which did not happen. My order was canceled and a manager would not price match the sale that I had already paid for. I won’t bother with this location again. I want to say that my visit to this store was terribly awful. I went to get something for my nails and also used the restroom. They didn’t have the product i was looking for and I explained them, that the package was different from the one they showed me, which is the same brand (dashing diva), the girl cut me off and said that was the only thing they had, she didn’t even try to look around to make sure they have it on a different place. Rude customer service waited 15 mins for someone to tell me if an item was in stock or not had to ask another employee both hefty women didn’t bother to even approach me to let me know it was out of stock an older nicer women saw me looking for someone else to help and told me they didn’t have it in stock went to Sephora way nicer treatment avoid this Ulta at all costs
