I had a very disappointing experience last week with an employee named Zee. She was rude and unprofessional, rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question about product availability, and walked away to take a phone call. As a long-time customer, I expect better service and found this behavior unacceptable.

We looked at an appointment since early for my niece, by 11 am. We booked it for 445 pm. We leave the house in this freezing cold to go to said appointment. Once we arrive and tell the stylist our name for said appointment she literally walks off and gets a manger lying to the manager that she called and left us a message canceling. They wouldn’t give a reason why. They even confirmed the number but the stylist never called. The stylist lied to the manager and the manager didn’t care and just told us to leave. The salon manager Nicole is truly the definition of compassion and hospitality 🤍🤍 she deserves a raise, promotion or more say in decisions when it comes to inclusion with the salon. Nicole is a gem of a human and we need more managers with her character :). She was very accommodating from start to finish when it came down to just my overall experience even though my results weren’t all i hoped for she did her very best to make the best out of the situation. Workers have bad attitudes… when you checkout the cashiers act annoyed like you’re interrupting them. I said “thank you” after checkout and the cashier rolled her eyes at me and continued talking to her friends. You’re lucky you even got a thank you, you were having a private conversation with your friends the entire transaction!! Maybe this isn’t the job for you girl or you haven’t met the right customer to fix that attitude
