Took my daughter for the hair tinsel today and decided to get her a cut and blowout as well on a whim. Meghan was absolutely amazing with her! So kind, patient and truly talented with hair, the best kids haircut she has ever gotten. Price was great too. Truly surprised by how great the experience was from start to finish; we will definitely be visiting Meghan again!
Angela was a huge help, helped me with picking out the best hair products for the blonde in my hair. Hair mask, shampoo, conditioner, heat protectant, and oil! Such a great asset to your team! ❤️ Also the girl at the register (I didn’t get her name) was super sweet, I watched her help an older woman figure out how to use her card at check out and she helped me put a few items away I couldn’t afford at the moment. Super patient, sweet, and another great asset to your team ❤️
I had a very disappointing experience last week with an employee named Zee. She was rude and unprofessional, rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question about product availability, and walked away to take a phone call. As a long-time customer, I expect better service and found this behavior unacceptable.
